25-year-old
Mike Duff from
Florida, took his
2002 Mercury Cougar coupe and
transformed it into a
$1.5 million Bugatti Veyron look alike.
On the outside you might not be able to tell the
difference between the
two. But apart from the
gorgeous exterior, the
Bugatti Veyron also
boasts a
whopping top
speed of over
260mph, a
8-liter 16-cylinder engine that produces 1,000
horses, matched by no other. Unfortunately Mike's "
Cougatti" still has is original
2.5-liter V6 engine that produces roughly
170 horsepower.Mike has the car up for
sale at $89,000, less than a quarter of the real
Veyron. For a
9 month build thats not too bad, and unless your looking to race some super cars or enter a car show, you will definitely turn heads.
